Porridge, crispbread, antipasti, condiments, vegetables (fried, roasted and pickled), salads, homemade sauces and flatbread, sautéed tomatoes, or even the caramelised sesame crunch with Greek yoghurt and roasted fresh fruit, sheep’s cheese prepared in various ways, stuffed tomatoes (gemista), – and, of course, a long table where everyone gathers at the end.
