With this lifestyle, we are not only counteracting the decline of rural innkeepers in Schwarzgrub, we are also creating a new sense of hospitality, a special and unique culinary experience.

We serve new variations of regional, Austrian and international cuisine in lederhosen, and in doing so, we revisit Austrian cuisine with daring, unusual flavour combinations.
