Poké Bowls are a fusion of Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine. Poké means something like "cut into pieces". At Pushi we offer Steyr`s first, healthy and balanced Pokébowls - prepared with love, inspired by Hawaii & Japan. The base of our bowls is rice, followed by a mixture of fresh vegetables and a protein source such as fish, sous-vide cooked chicken fillet or tofu - cut into pieces. It is refined with delicious and homemade dressings and sauces or toppings.
