On the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park, 450 to 500 bee colonies gather nectar from an untouched, diverse nature - far from industry and intensive agriculture. Particularly unique: Some beehives are taken to the Triebener Tauern at 1800 m, where rare honey varieties such as the noble high mountain flower honey are produced. As an organic-certified operation, the Russmann apiary guarantees the highest quality through careful extraction, storage, and bottling - for honey as pure and unadulterated as nature itself. Included Service: **Show operation:** From May to July, we offer information and tours of the honey extraction room for groups, followed by mead and honey tasting. Hint / Advice: **Offers:**- Mountain flower honey: spicy aroma of fruit blossom, dandelion, maple blossom, and many other spring flowers. - High mountain flower honey with a special aroma: alpine rose, tragacanth, thyme, hawkweed, mountain dandelion, and herbs that grow above the tree line. - Mountain forest honey: particularly aromatic, raspberry, blueberry, forest herbs, larch, spruce, larch. - Cream flower honey: creamy stirred flower honey - Alpine rose flower honey: mild and delicate taste - Fir honey: very strong aroma **Other products:** Flower pollen, pollen honey, royal jelly in honey, pollen and royal jelly in honey, propolis honey, propolis drops, discovery wax honey, comb honey, honey fruit preparations in various flavors, mead (honey wine) Mountain flower pollen is freeze-dried in a vacuum with us, this drying method retains all the ingredients fully, pollen contains a lot of vitamins A and B, mainly B1 and B6.
