Oh what a beautiful view... Fronberg Observation Tower
In 1886 a wooden observation tower was erected atop Fronberg Mountain at the elevation of 592 meters above sea level. In 1931 it was in such a dilapidated state that it had to be demolished. The structure was then substituted for a 30 meters tall masonry tower.
What makes the Fronberg Tower this special is the uninterrupted panoramic view. If you are the type that truly appreciates a stunningly gorgeous view, ranging from Lower Innviertel over the entire Bohemian Forest to the Alps, then you absolutely must visit this outstanding hilltop vantage point.
Don´t miss out on visiting the romantic hilltop Inn.
