SPORTY CONCEPT - Fitness only for women Our circuit training is a combination of strength and endurance training and that in just 30 minutes! 2-3 times a week is enough to achieve your individual goals. Whether you want to fit into your favourite dress again, lose weight permanently, relieve your back pain or have more energy for everyday life, together with your trainer you can do it! We prioritise personal support at our fitness studio in Linz and you will always be supervised by a personal trainer during your workout.
