The chapel is dedicated to the Holy Family with St Joseph, patron saint of carpenters and families. It is intended to express thanks and ask for blessings for all, especially for all craftsmen and families. Like the craftsmen's cross that stands in front of the company building, the craftsmen's chapel invites you to pause and pray. The wooden structure was hand-tied, erected and covered with larch shingles by Buchner apprentices under the guidance of experienced carpenters and polishers Johann Luger and Josef Kreindl. The carvings, the cross and the holy water font were also made by Johann Luger. In Königswiesen turn right to Unterweißenbach and after approx. 4 km turn left at the second junction to Mötlas, follow our signs. The Handwerker Kapelle is located on the "Alm-Granitweg" with path number 27, a relatively level access begins approx. 400 m above the company premises (towards Mötlas).
