Bad Goisern is known for its handicrafts - from the world-famous Goiserer Schuh, the Hand.Werk.Haus Salzkammergut to violin makers and the mustard manufacturer Annamax. Another highlight in the field of handicrafts is now open again with the soap factory in Kirchengasse near the old market square.

The revived, historical soap mill

Every Thursday in Bad Goisern it smells of soaps again. Whether flowery like spring or fruity like an orchard. Saponetta Carina soaps are always in season and are the ideal gift for any occasion. Naturally and made by hand!

Craft has a long tradition in Bad Goisern - so it is not surprising that there is a historic soap mill in Bad Goisern. This historic building is now open for tours, sales days and workshops.

Buy soaps and produce soaps

The sales room of the soap factory will always be open on Thursdays and exclusive handmade soaps can be purchased on site. On the exclusive tours you can learn everything about the soap craft and the production in Bad Goisern. In the end, you can even shape your own soap yourself.

Soap workshops for beginners and advanced are also offered. The dates will be announced in the event calendar and on the soap production saponetta carina website.

Thursday 10:00 a.m. till 01:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m. till 05:00 p.m.
