Lake Schwarzensee circular route

An easy and flat course for beginners set in beautiful surroundings.

Start at the car park Schwarzensee. Take the tarmac road around to the right of the lake until you reach the end of the tarmac. Then either: a) left on a wide walkway around the lake and back to the car park (4,4km with 25 difference in elevation). or b) straight on and after 1km via a short steep section, straight on over the lovely Moosalm (alpine pasture) to the place where the path meets a signpost. At this point, turn back again to Lake Schwarzensee, following the route right around the lake and back to the starting point.
