Deeply snow-covered winter landscape, glittering powder snow and as a reward a captivating distant view above the sea of clouds.
From the parking lot at Landgasthof Spitzerwirt, turn right along the road, past the rehabilitation center to the Mair-Zeininger joinery. Past this, the forest road leads in the direction of Lichtenberg into the forest and winds continuously up the mountain. After about 2 km you leave the road and turn right into a forest path that leads to the turnoff "Attergauer Aussichtsturm", which you reach from here in about 10 minutes. Take a break at the lookout tower and you will be rewarded with a magnificent view.The same way back leads back to the starting point.
