Start at the Strobl sports ground (parking) - follow the Bahndammweg to the fitness course, then left to the Lipphaus (local history museum) - go under the main road - follow the footpath parallel to the main road for 100m in the direction of St. Gilgen, then left on Schartenstraße uphill to the junction to the right on hiking trail Nr.15 to Abersee, then right on Schulstraße to the main road - before this turn left to the Zinkenbach - go under the main road and along the Zinkenbach to the rope bridge. Return via Bahndammweg and Seeweg to the municipal swimming pool in Strobl and there keep right in the direction of the sports field.
