City walk Wels

Along the beautiful Traun, the route first heads upstream to the railway bridge and into the exhibition grounds. The route now takes you through the centre of the zoo, which invites you to stroll and observe. At the Stadtpark exit, you leave the park again and continue towards Volksgarten. Passing the Stadthalle, the path leads into the city centre, where you can catch a brief glimpse of the Lederer Tower before continuing along the Mühlbach stream and passing the Minoritenkloster monastery. The path turns off at Wels Castle and leads through the castle gardens and finally back to the Traun.
