On sunny days, you will be rewarded with views as far as the Alps. The tour starts at the parking lot in Oberschwarzenberg P1 or P2. Please note that the tour is not signposted. Instead, follow the yellow signposts with the destination details. At the beginning, you will reach the Teufelsschüssel power spot, a rock castle with a small summit cross. The trail continues to the "Little Stone Sea", where you can admire impressive rock slabs. Then you reach the border between Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic at the border triangle. Here, a rest area invites you to take a well-earned break. The highest point and destination of this tour, the Plöckenstein at 1379 m, is reached after another 1.5 km. Enjoy the fantastic view over the Bohemian Forest adventure region, Bavaria and the Czech Republic. On the way back, there are views of the Vltava reservoir before you return to the Teufelsschüssel on a forest road. From here, follow the same route back to the starting point.
