The flat covers the entire 2nd floor and is furnished with a double and a triple room, both with washbasin and shower. In the double room an extra bed would be possible. The new kitchen is fully equipped and the living room with corner bench, sofa bed and satellite TV invites you to relax. The **garden** in front of the house can be used as a **sunbathing** lawn. Hammock, deckchairs, seats etc. are available. Bushes and trees offer protection from too much sun. **Table tennis** and **barbecue** can be used. **Ski storage** and heating room for ski boots or wet clothes is in the garage. In winter, the **cross-country skiing** and skating track passes directly in front of the house. The car can be parked the whole week, as the **ski bus** stop is 100m away from the house, where you can be comfortably transported to the ski lifts by ski bus.
