All rooms have a *wooden floor* and are equipped with *TV* and *WLAN* . There are two *kitchens*, which can also be used as *lounges* . Heated shoe cupboard for drying work shoes. Washing machine and tumble dryer at *€ 1.00 per use*. Ideally suited for leasing or assembly workers. The quiet location and the spacious rooms as well as the use of the cosy common rooms are highly appreciated by our customers. You will find us in *Neukirchen near Lambach*. Neukirchen is located between Wels and Vöcklabruck, more precisely between Lambach and Schwanenstadt or *Stadl-Paura* and Gaspoltshofen.
