On the ground floor you will find the entrance area, the kitchen (with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine & kettle), a living and dining room with satellite TV (flatscreen) & tiled stove, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The spacious and wind-protected terrace is also located here. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large balcony. Here you can enjoy the best views of the mountains and nature! The spacious garden with sunbathing lawn, garden furniture and parasol invites you to relax. Your four-legged companion is very welcome! Our holiday home Lindau is a non-smoking house, but we are happy to provide you with an ashtray on the terrace and balcony. Our holiday home is situated in a quiet, sunny location between Strobl and Bad Ischl, a 25-minute walk from the picturesque Nussensee lake. You can reach the following infrastructure within a short distance: grocery shop 500 m, bus stop 500 m, riding stable 200 m. The Postalm ski area and hiking paradise can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the famous Schafberg cog railway also in 20 minutes by car. In summer you can discover the most beautiful Wolfgangsee bathing spots or cycle through the fascinating landscape of the Salzkammergut. Bad Ischl is just a 5-10 minute drive away, where you can go for a leisurely stroll or visit the town's glamorous sights (Imperial Villa, Lehar Villa, Museum). During the Wolfgangsee Advent, **three picturesque villages (Strobl, St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang)** enchant you at **Christmas time, which you can reach by boat without a car**.
