The holiday flat is 140 m² and very well equipped - high quality wooden floors, comfortable and cosy areas to rest and relax and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Large living and dining room with open kitchen (approx. 70 m²), 4 French balconies and a large framed window in the front southern part with magnificent views of the Kalkalpen National Park. The second living room is a study, playroom and music room (incl. piano) through which you reach the two bedrooms. The loft has a high-quality wooden floor, new all-wood furniture, new fully equipped kitchen, new tiled stove, French balconies and a large framed window with a view directly into the Kalkalpen National Park, as well as a queen-size pull-out couch and a bathroom. Our newly renovated kitchen has an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a large side-by-side fridge / freezer and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure.
