Cancellation:
- Sounds annoying and is disturbing for all. It is a shame if rooms remain empty, although others would like to come.
On the other hand, anything can happen.
According to the terms and conditions, we charge the following cancellation fee of the total price:
Up to 3 months in advance no charge,
3-1 month before arrival we charge 40%
1 month prior to arrival 70%
in the last week 90%
early departure 100%
To avoid potential costs, we recommend our guests to take out a cancellation insurance.
For guests with their own horse the premium covers this and other pets are insured.
