As you walk together, escape the hustle and bustle, slow down, pause, and—last but not least—recharge your strength and energy at sacred sites and places of power in the Bohemian Forest. Together with pilgrimage guide Christine Dittlbacher, you’ll walk between 15 and 22 km, carrying only a day’s worth of luggage. The routes are determined by the weather. The pilgrimage routes lead to the Bohemian Forest’s special sources of energy. These include pristine natural forests, impressive rock formations, bogs, the meanders of the Großen Mühl River, springs, and breathtaking viewpoints in the vicinity of Schlägl Abbey.
