What could be nicer than taking a break in this little corner of the world,
where the Wolfgangsee, Krottensee and the neighbouring Mondsee are right
at your feet, to linger for a few minutes
or perhaps even hours.
Hosting an alpine hut traditionally and yet with a dash of modern influence
is our personal desire.
Wherever possible,
we use the highest quality products from small regional businesses.
Wednesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00 for you on the Alm.
(On rainy days there is the possibility that we close our alpine door in the early afternoon).

Accessibility / arrivalComing from Vienna:
Take the A1 motorway towards Linz/Salzburg - leave the motorway at the Mondsee exit (265) – follow the B road to St. Gilgen
Coming from Munich:
Take the A8/E52 motorway to Salzburg - bypass Salzburg A1 towards Vienna – take the exit (274) at Thalgau towards Hof bei Salzburg – at the roundabout take the 158 road to Hof and Fuschl.
- Duration of ascent (Foot march): 1.5h
- Arrival by car: from Fuschl via Tiefbrunnau on the Sausteigalm.
