Sepp and Isabella Spindler - decided in 1993 to open a cider tavern to offer cider, juices, schnapps and food from their own production in the best quality. Their son Peter and his wife took over and completely renovated the place.

The presence of a rustic cider bar, cosy guest garden,
quiet children's playground, protected from traffic, adventure room with distillery, decorative sales niche (schnapps), courtyard and barn (very large, alternative in case of bad weather) also gave us the best conditions for celebrations and festivities on a larger scale.
