You will find our organic bakery right on the market square of Bad Zell, in the beautiful Mühlviertel. We have been baking bread since 1260. In addition to the bakery, we offer an in-house confectionery, a coffee house and delicious seasonal specialities from our manufactory, such as our NATURE ICE in summer.

Our organic products are made according to recipes that have been in the family for generations. It is important to us to avoid chemical flavour enhancers, binding agents, colourings and preservatives. Our commitment to quality applies not only to the production of bread and pastries, but also to customer service and day-to-day co-operation within the company. Every employee makes an important contribution to the whole. As with bread baking, the harmony of the individual ingredients is important.
