Just enjoy the regional fish specalities, which are frishly caught, at Fish & Pasta Parzer. Directly near the Lake Castle Ort.

Fresh fringerlings from the charcoal grill, fresh white fish and als so called "Stangerfisch", which is ah fish on a stick.

With us you go on a culinary journey of a very special kind.
Enjoy creative cuisine with a focus - as the name suggests - on fish. We source most of our products from local waters, with the main focus on Lake Traunsee, but you will also find products from the sea.

You have the choice: You can buy fresh fish from us and prepare it at home - including appropriate preparation tips - or you can take a look at our menu and let us spoil you with culinary delights on site.
Many local fish are available daily, such as Reinanke and char, from the sea tuna, salmon, mussels and much more. But everything is available to order. Come to us with your very own wishes.

The Stanglfish: This fish is a Riedling. A speciality that can only be found in Lake Traunsee. It belongs to the Reinanken family. The very small fish lives deep down in the lake and can only be caught in summer. It is usually offered as Stanglfisch - roasted on a charcoal grill.

Alpine fish salami: The salami consists of 95% fish, the rest is vegetable fat and spices. Since the casing is made of artificial, non-edible intestines, this salami is absolutely meatless. This also makes it perfect for vegetarians.

Nibbles: This product consists of the same contents as the salami, with the difference that it is smoked through during production and filled in edible artificial casing.
