Just a few steps away from the AVIVA****s make friends Hotel, the hottest hut in Upper Austria awaits you - ideal for singles, groups and connoisseurs.

The Alm is just a few meters from the hotel. So celebrate with pleasure, enjoy a few good Halbe Alm Bräu from the hotel's own brewery and no longer have to drive. Simply fall into the comfortable bed in the Mehrblick room, sleep well and relax the next day in the wellness and activity program.

A rustic design, a great ambience and a unique AVIVA team await you. In the middle of the Alm is the Nagelstock. Use the flat side of the hammer to hammer the nail in as quickly as possible. The fastest player wins and the last one has to pay a round. But the loser always has the right to a rematch.

You can travel to the Hotel AVIVA by many means of transport. Whether by car, train, plane or the AVIVA shuttle - getting to the Hotel AVIVA is easy, uncomplicated and also environmentally friendly. Simply get to know other guests on arrival and share your car with the AVIVA carpooling service, saving money and protecting the environment. For all those who have arrived without a car, there is now also a BMWi3 available for hire on site.

The street, Höhenweg 1, is not known to some navigation devices, so enter the center of Sankt Stefan am Walde. From here, the Hotel AVIVA is signposted two kilometers away.

When entering the shorter route, many navigation devices suggest a direct route, usually via winding side and country roads. We would like to give you the following tips for your journey:

If you are coming from Linz, we recommend taking the B126 main road to Bad Leonfelden and continuing towards Rohrbach. Shortly after Vorderweißenbach, follow the signs for Hotel AVIVA and St. Stefan.

If you are traveling from Germany, we recommend taking the A3 to the Passau Nord exit and the Wegscheid border crossing, continuing in the direction of Rohrbach to the Hotel AVIVA. No highway vignette is required for this route.
