As a Mühlviertel natural bakery and member of the Upper Austrian Troad Bäcker, we only use the best local grains and the highest quality ingredients in our business - many of which are also organically grown.

Our breads, pastries and biscuits have always been lovingly prepared by hand in the traditional way. However, we are also constantly developing new, seasonal products for our customers (e.g. Kletzenbrot, Frühlingskipferl ...) and are always setting new innovative trends.
