The Mirellenstüberl was opened in 1986. Since then, we have attached great importance to the quality of our home-made products.
Themeat itself comes entirely from the farm's own pigs, which are kept free-range on straw in the stables. The roast is roasted in the old-fashioned way, which also gives the roast fat its spicy flavour. The bacon is still hand-cured and, after maturing for 3 weeks, smoked in the farm's own smokehouse in the attic with beech logs. The Leberkas is made from the best ingredients and meat, cuttered into a fine roast and baked fresh daily. The curd cheese is slowly heated in the wood-fired oven according to farming tradition, without the addition of rennet, before it separates from the whey and can be strained. The potato cheese is also pressed daily from fresh potatoes, giving it its unmistakable flavour.
Furthermore, our home-baked farmhouse bread and home-made pastries, such as doughnuts and cakes, are freshly prepared every day.
The Reichinger family (Hungerecker farm) and their team wish you a cosy stay under the motto "Snacking at the farmer's".
