The traditional Gasthaus Weissenbachwirt in the village of Weißenbach in Bad Goisern is run by the Lechner family.


The restaurant...

The main courses vary daily, and the Lechner family is known for their delicious home-style cooking.

Whether it’s fresh roast meat from the wood-fired oven, horseradish-marinated meat, or hearty dumplings, there’s certainly something for everyone.

Thanks to its convenient location right on the Soleleitungsweg trail, the inn is a popular destination for hikers.

It’s also ideally situated for mountain bikers, as the Weißenbach loop passes right by the inn.

In the summer, the cozy outdoor dining area with its chestnut tree invites you to linger.
