Restaurant Rauner

Rauner - that means red beet in the Mühlviertel region and is the name of our restaurant. A restaurant that is suitable for everyone! Uncomplicated, down-to-earth, but with high quality standards - that's our restaurant and that's how we are.

For a long time, our signature vegetable was a "poor man's food" and was not very popular in most kitchens. Fortunately, this has now changed. From pubs to Michelin-starred cuisine, homage is paid to the healthy tuber. Nevertheless, beetroot has remained down-to-earth and it is not least for this reason, and because we are very fond of our Mühlviertel roots, that we have chosen this name.
