From the milk of their own cows they produce the classic and fancy ice cream varieties in their manufactory in Krumbach in Lower Austria. In the heart of Linz, just a few metres from the main square, you can enjoy the Eis-Greissler
ice cream. Whether semolina pancakes or Zotter chocolate, the ice cream is made with high-quality
ingredients and made from the milk of their own cows. For the vegan ice cream flavours
they also dispense with the milk and rely entirely on the flavour of fresh fruit.
A walk through Linz's pedestrian zone is even more enjoyable with an Eis-Greissler Stanitzel.
