Our tip for the cold season: Vanilla croissant muesli with blueberry purée and roasted almonds
Recipe for 2 people
- 100 g fine rolled oats
- 200 g liquid (oat drink, milk, water, almond drink)
- 4 vanilla crescents
- approx. 100 g plain yoghurt
- blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- approx. 2 tbsp roasted almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
- spices: Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, according to taste
The evening before, put the oats, liquid and spices in a container and stir the mixture well with a porridge stick or wooden spoon.
In the morning, add fresh yoghurt and 2 crushed vanilla crescents to the mixture. Puree the blueberries and divide them into 2 glasses. Add the muesli mixture and top with the roasted almonds, vanilla crescents and blueberries. Your Christmas muesli is ready!
