Function room on the 2nd floor for events and celebrations
approx. 120 m2 - 100 people

Historic ambience, careful renovation and modern technology result in a unique room for up to 100 people.
The open space under the 250-year-old roof truss can be hired for half a day, a full day or for the evening.
There are various seating options (cinema, lecture, meeting, conference, seminar, etc.)
Accessibility is provided by elevator access, a ladies' WC, a men's WC and a wheelchair-accessible WC are available on site.
The room has its own bar, a 300 x 200 cm projection screen (electrically operated), a high-intensity projector, flipchart and flexible pin boards. There is also sufficient shade for presentations.
The new sound system can also be hired and offers optimum sound for files played from cell phones or laptops via Bluetooth or mini jacks.
The event hall can be ventilated naturally and mechanically, and room cooling is available if required. The ambience is unique, recently also with bridging of the ice-skating lane and the adjoining terrace.
Catering is available from our restaurant on the 1st floor, and catering can also be ordered there. Catering from other providers or self-catering may also be possible.

Rental rates for the event room on the 2nd floor

Half-day rate in the morning (07:00 - 12:00) EUR 165.00
Half-day rate in the afternoon (13:00 - 17:00) EUR 165.00
Evening rate (17:00 - 00:00) EUR 275.00
Full day rate (07:00 - 00:00) EUR 495.00

The above rates include room rental, operating costs and cleaning flat rate as well as the provision of our seminar equipment (projector, seating, flipchart, presentation materials, etc.).
The new sound system can be booked separately: EUR 50.00
Playing music via cell phone, tablet or laptop is possible without any problems.

Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks before the date of the event, 50% cancellation fee up to 1 week before the event, no cancellation possible within 7 days before the event.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, rates are subject to price changes and errors.
