The New Town Hall of Linz is located directly on the Danube in the Urfahr district.

Located directly on the Danube, the New Town Hall is situated on one of Linz's main thoroughfares, the Nibelungen Bridge. A five-minute walk from the main square, the ballroom of the New Town Hall offers space for conferences, congresses, fashion shows, balls and product presentations. Four seminar rooms are available for seminars on the first floor.

Opened in 1985, the building houses the municipal offices (formerly spread across the city) and the city archives.

The large model of the city of Linz is well worth a visit.
