This beautiful farm is located in the beautiful Innviertel region right next to the Weilhartsforst forest, close to the border with Burghausen. Claudia and Josef cultivate 14 hectares of meadows, 12 hectares of fields, 6 hectares of forest and produce liqueurs and single-varietal brandies from local fruit.

Local fruit and passion - these are the most important ingredients of the 38 different brandies and liqueurs from the family business of Hofdestillerie Dicker in Gilgenberg am Weilhart. At the "Destillata 2013" product evaluation, which is considered one of the most important tastings of fine brandies in the world, 2 gold medals (Raspberry, Pear Cuvee'), 1 silver medal (Rowanberry) and 2 bronze medals (Plum, Fine Cuvee') were achieved, placing this company among the best distilleries in Austria in the "Highest Quality" category

They were also honoured with the Golden Stamperl for their raspberry brandy at the "Goldenes Stamperl 2013" competition at the Ab Hof Messe in Wieselburg, the leading trade fair for direct marketers in Central Europe. In addition, 2 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 3 bronze medals were achieved.

The farm also bears the "Gutes vom Bauernhof" seal of quality for direct farm marketing and is listed in the Falstaff Guide 2012.

Josef Dicker is a trained fine brandy sommelier and can introduce customers to the flavours of fine brandies and at the same time highlight the special features of each individual liqueur and distillate. He gives an insight into how a good distiller is able to refine the fruits that nature gives us without any chemical additives to create a luxury product of the highest quality. Pure, single-varietal brandies are produced from local fruit.

Noble brandies are 100% distillate without added sugar, without flavourings and have an alcohol content of between 38 - 45% vol. alcohol.
