The Wollgartl is all about sheep and wool. In the form of an educational trail, visitors can learn interesting facts about sheep farming and the finished wool product.

The trail leads from the sheepfold, past various stations such as dyeing, spinning and felting, to the Wollgartl, where the handmade creations can be admired, tried and bought. Old handicraft techniques such as felting and spinning can be learnt here in special workshops (also for schools). Another unique feature is the establishment of a spinning café, which serves as an ideas workshop.
