Heimatmuseum

The museum created by Mr Josef Gottfried, senior partner of the Gottfried joinery company, in the village of Jaiding is home to interesting and valuable treasures from days long past.

It offers impressive insights into the often difficult everyday life of our ancestors. In the museum you will find tools, utensils, furniture, locks, chests, clocks and musical instruments. Most of the artefacts date from the 17th - 19th centuries.

The very interesting photo documentation "Russian Campaign 2nd World War" is shown and explained in enlarged pictures. This documentation was created by the former Minister of Defence, Dr Georg Prader.
