The St. Georgen am Walde Hunters' Association, under the organisational leadership of Consul Dir. Wolfgang Schachenhofer, built a Hubertus Chapel on the southern slope of the Kranzberg (approx. half an hour's walk from the village).
This Christian place of worship is located directly on the Nature Mystery Trail.

The Hubertus Chapel is located on the Natur-Geheimnis-Pfad  (hiking trail no. 5) in St. Georgen a.W.; the starting point is the WaldReich Pavilion in the centre of St. Georgen a.W.
