Explore a place of wonder and discovery: Take in the area´s diverse mixture of gently rolling foothills, woodland and wetland, sprawling along the banks of the River Inn. This unique natural habitat area accommodates thousands of birds of passage on their way south.

This outstanding area sprawls across our commune and has been awarded the "Lower Inn European Nature Preserve" by the European Council in 1979. It as a cross-border sanctuary of international significance - a unique natural habitat area for birds, amphibians, dragonflies, beavers and much more.
