The "Freudenthal Glass" Museum interprets the history of Weißenkirchen that became a great glassmaking center during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Range of Products: Hollow glassware, glass containers, house ware and gifts (such as the famous Freudenthal figured bottles), sacred items and varied lights and lamps.
The museum opened its doors to the public in May 1999.
Items on display range from stunning blown pieces to simple objects. Documents, tools, and photographs accompany the story of early glass-making at Freudenthal Glassworks.
