Klostergarten Show & Educational Garden

Klosterschaugarten (monastery show garden)

The monastery show garden in the garden of the Franciscan Order in Maria Schmolln is a project of the local branch of the Lokale Agenda 21 (local agenda 21). A part of this garden will be transformed into an educational herb garden and show garden with a meditation area. The Maria Schmolln beekeeper association is also participating in this project and is setting up a bee station for visitation. Furthermore there will also be the possibility to purchase herbs, plants, and special apiculture products. The show garden is scheduled to open in autumn of this year!
