Highland-Farm Klein Holzreiter

A view of pure nature - surrounded by shaggy highland cattle - gives the rider and his horse peace and relaxation "A good snack for big and small - we have something for everyone!"

The Huber-Hölzl family's highland cattle farm is located on a plateau 980 metres above sea level. They are full-time organic farmers and live from the direct marketing of highland cattle.
They have built a pavilion out of logs from their own forest.
We stop for lunch in the pavilion, where a hearty snack of home-made products (highland cattle liver cheese, bacon, home-made cheeses and liqueurs) awaits us. The four lush green paddocks are the perfect place for the horses to enjoy a snack. On rainy days, a barn and a covered tethering area are also available. The Huberbauer is looking forward to your visit and asks you to book in advance by telephone.

Catering at the riding stables
We practise organic farming on our farm. Most of the products used for our meals come from our own organic production.
Homemade, farm specialities invite you to enjoy a cosy snack.
