Diving Entry Steinschlagtafel
Weyregg am Attersee, Oberösterreich, Österreich
- All weather
The rockfall table is a varied terrain with stones, rhizomes, tree trunks and arm candle algae. After about 10 minutes of diving, you will reach the beginning of the steep wall, which extends from 20 metres to 5 metres below the surface.
Right: Individual rocks, tree trunks and branches are scattered across the predominantly muddy ground. In summer, you can also encounter some fish in the plant belt.Left: The far more varied terrain is on this side. The partly stony, sandy substrate is littered with rocks, tree trunks and imposing rootstocks, which are usually densely covered with mussels. A loose lawn of brachiated algae has formed at the bottom down to a depth of around 10 metres. After about 10 minutes of diving, you suddenly come across the beginning of the steep wall "Black Bridge", which suddenly rises vertically from a depth of 20 metres to 5 metres below the surface. Ideally, you should dive up along the steep wall and return to the shallow water area.
