The Schafferteich Vorderstoder includes an excellent carp and pike.

In excellent water quality thrive in Schafferteich also tench, bream, grass carp, countless small fish and occasionally brown trout, whitefish and walleye. The members of the fishing club Hinterstoder cherish the fish stocks around. 4 acre Schafferteich with special forbearance.

Coming from Hinterstoder, drive through the town of Vorderstoder in the direction of Windischgarsten. About 200 meters after leaving the village, turn right at the bus stop, keep left at a fork in the road, drive up the hill until you reach the Schafferteich car park, which is subject to a fee. From there you walk about 10 minutes to the Schafferteich.

day ticket € 35,- (2 fishing routes) permitted take: 1 carp, 2 pike, 2 trout (min. 30 cm).

A valid fish card (photo ID) is required for fishing in Upper Austria. Official fishing cards from other federal provinces or states are recognised. Every angler must be in possession of an annual fishing card.
