Good Luck for fishing in Gosau
The Gosaubach is an outflow of the Lake Gosau and flows 8 km through the beautiful Gosau valley, starting at the Gosau reservoir, ending at the reservoirs at the Klaushof (trout pond).
The streambed is reserved for fly-fishing. The varied course of this mountain stream makes it a special challenge for every fisherman. Rapidly flowing water stretches with block and stone throws are followed by quiet spots with gravel and gravel banks.
In the Gosau reservoir and in the reservoirs near Klaushof you can also try the spinning rod, i.e. a hook.
