You can see this Native American's head on the way to the top of the Kalmberg, about 50 meters under the summit cross.
The Native American in the rock
You reach this place of happiness, when you go from the Goiserer hut to the summit cross of the high Kalmberg. A few meters below the top you see this extraordinary sugarloaf lump of rock which is similar to the head of an sachem. At the top of the Kalmberg at the summit cross you can enjoy the beautiful view over Bad Goisern at Lake Hallstatt and Gosau at Dachstein.
