ALPINE CAVIAR FROM THE SIBERIAN STORM AND STERLET
Here ideal conditions for the rearing and production of exclusive Alpine caviar prevail. Our Siberian sturgeons and Sterlet, from which we win the caviar, swim in our own, crystal-clear spring water from the mountains. And it is precisely this water, combined with the careful processing and mild salting, that gives the Alpine caviar the unique, nutty taste.
Genuine Alpine caviar is one of the finest and most valuable stimulants. It convinces on the palate by its nuance-rich, nutty taste. Caviar is very rich in protein 25% with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 fatty acids) 11%. It contains vitamins A and D3, as well as other minerals. After about 8-10 years, our Siberian sturgeons (lat. Acipenser Baeri) and Sterlet (Latin Acipenser Ruthenus) have matured so far that we can win the first caviar. The grain size is about 2.7 mm bzw.2 mm and the color spectrum ranges from black / gray to black / olive green. The caviar is preserved with a 3 percent salt mixture and bottled manually in cans.Alpenkaviar you should with the horn or mother of pearl spoons eat and enjoy champagne or fruity white wines.
