About our bakery

Snacking naturally, because it tastes better!

We have been producing top-quality bread and pastries since 1835. We have always evolved and so, 30 years ago, we specialized in cookies and gingerbread made from organic spelt and high-quality raw materials, using only natural ingredients and high-quality Grander water.

You won't find any flavor enhancers, chemical additives or artificial coloring, but only the best ingredients for the best specialties.
