The Mosauerei sells direct farm produce: unusual syrup creations, mustard, salts as well as jams, chutneys, vinegars and preserves, pickles and fermented foods - such as Mo sauerkraut. Markets with regional suppliers and direct marketers are held at regular intervals in the Mosauerei.

Sauerkraut is as much a part of down-to-earth, rural cuisine as dumplings are to meat, at least in the Innviertel region. The delicate flavour of sauerkraut from a stone pot brings back childhood memories. The Mosauerin demonstrates the art of fermenting sauerkraut and other vegetables in one of her workshops. It's available by the jar at the Mosauerei!
