Burgschattenhof is located on the edge of the Eferding Basin - directly below the impressive Schaunberg castle ruins. Every week, the farm's own straw pigs are processed into tasty specialities. The range has grown steadily: from bacon, roast pork, brawn and liver skull to meat loaf, spreads and various sausages. Seasonal specialities include chicken, goose and duck. In addition to the farm shop, the sales trolley can be found at the following farmers' markets: in Linz on the main square, in Traun, in Walding and in Feldkirchen a.d. Donau.
