Our outdoor wood-fired ovens are produced on modern machines in the Innviertel region according to traditional patterns and are lined with high-quality fireclay bricks from Lower Austria. You can use them to bake everything your heart desires, from steaks to tarte flambée, from bread and pizza to crusty roasts or roast chicken: independent of electricity and - thanks to two slide-in compartments - flexible.
