The Stadler-Schauer family's motto is to explain organic farming at the 4KantHof organic cultural estate in a unique way and to provide visitors with original suggestions to take home with them to enrich their lives. Close to Wilhering, the Stadler-Schauer family has created a little paradise with a wide range of exciting and informative offers for all age groups on the organic farm. It is clearly explained how good soil is the source of the best organic grain. How food is produced and what can be conjured up from it in the kitchen is also shown, as well as the variety of wild herbs around the organic farm and their uses.

Programme (duration: 2.5 hours to full day):

• From soil to grain and bread
• From origin to enjoyment: how food is produced and what can be conjured up from it in the kitchen.
• From wood to fire
• Herb tours with herb processing and cooking.

The programme can be rounded off with various activities: Nature workshops/adventure programme for groups (Vierkanthof rally), additional sports programme possible.
